Mexico release outdoor LED lamps and lanterns efficiency mandatory standard, on November 6, 2012,
Mexico department of energy in the official journal published a mandatory standard NOM - 031 - ENER 2012 "
road, highway and outdoor public area use LED lamps and lanterns energy efficiencystandards and
testing methods, "and in on May 5, 2013 up formally went into effect, all covered in this standard
in the category of LED lighting products into Mexico market shall be in accordance with the standard testing.
