The CPSC through the new revision of the ASTM toy safety regulations .
The United States consumer product safety commission (CPSC) recently approved
a revised ASTM F963-11 standard, that consumer safety norms toy safety standards . The revised standards
for toys in the basement , arsenic , antimony barium , cadmium , chromium , lead , mercury and selenium ,
the content of the toxic metals are limited .The standard is only for F963 before the surface coating toys ,
the revised standardit will restrict expanded the toy of basement . In addition , the new standard will also
toys in the surface layer of lead , cadmium limits were dropped to 90 PPM and PPM .
The new standard will be on June 12 , 2012 enforcement .
